We are a group of young professionals with an aim to bring change in the society through our efforts. AADI- A Step towards humanity is an initiative to promote human rights in the society and helping the underprivileged to survive in the unequal world.

Celebrating Radha’s Outstanding Achievement! 🌟
We are incredibly proud to share the inspiring journey of Radha, a shining star of our Kaha Suni Reading Club, Haiderpur Slums, who has not only excelled academically but has also blossomed into a confident and articulate young individual. Today, we applaud her remarkable accomplishment of scoring an impressive 85.8 percent in the 10th board exams, securing the coveted second position in her class.
Reflecting on Radha’s journey, we vividly remember the first time we encountered her during one of our Kaha Suni sessions. She possessed a quiet demeanor and was hesitant to speak up, often preferring to observe and listen. However, as a foundation dedicated to nurturing young minds, it became our utmost priority to empower her and help her unlock her true potential.
Fast forward to 7th August, 2022, a momentous day when Radha took center stage at our Kaha Suni Reading Club’s cultural program. We were thrilled to witness her transformation, as she delivered an awe-inspiring speech that left us spellbound. Radha’s newfound confidence and eloquence took everyone by surprise, as her words resonated with depth and conviction.
This achievement not only speaks volumes about Radha’s dedication and hard work, but it also symbolizes the power of nurturing and providing a platform for self-expression. As AADI Foundation, we take immense pride in fostering an environment that encourages personal growth, unleashing the potential within each individual we serve.

EDUCATION

AADI Foundation operates a community school called the AADI Community Learning Center, which provides free education to children who cannot afford to attend regular schools. The foundation also provides educational materials and support to children attending regular schools in the area, as well as vocational training and career guidance to older students.

HEALTH CAMPS

AADI Foundation also provides healthcare services to the children and families in the Haiderpur slums area. The foundation has a team of healthcare professionals who conduct regular health check-ups and provide medical treatment to those in need. They also educate the community on health and hygiene practices to prevent the spread of diseases.

ARTS AND CULTURE

While AADI Foundation primarily focuses on education and healthcare, it also recognizes the importance of arts and culture in the development of children. The foundation encourages and promotes the artistic and cultural talents of the children in the slums, providing them with opportunities to explore their creativity and express themselves through various art forms.

SPORTS

AADI Foundation conducts various sports activities and programs for the children, including athletics, football, cricket, and yoga. The foundation encourages the children to participate in these activities and provides them with the necessary equipment and training to do so.he foundation also organizes sports tournaments and competitions.

MAKING A DIFFERENCE

The local newspapers' appreciation of AADI Foundation's donation drive in community hospitals is a testament to the impact we are making in the lives of those in need. We are deeply humbled by the support and recognition from the local community, which inspires us to continue our efforts to create a better world for all. Our volunteers, staff, and donors are the backbone of our organization, and we are proud to have worked alongside them to bring hope and relief to those who need it most. We are committed to making a difference in the lives of individuals and families, and we will not stop until we achieve our vision of a better future for all.

ANOTHER KAHA SUNI READING CLUB IN CHANDIGARH

AADI Foundation's new Kaha Suni Reading Club initiative in Chandigarh has been met with overwhelming local support, and we are deeply humbled by the community's response. Our vision for this initiative is to provide free access to books and reading resources for children who may not have the opportunity otherwise. Through this initiative, we hope to instill a love of reading in children and promote education and literacy. The outpouring of support from the community has been nothing short of inspiring, and we are grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of so many young people. We look forward to continuing this important work and making a positive impact in the community for years to come.

Plantation Drives

In line with our commitment to environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility, our organization conducted two successful plantation drives during the past year.

The firstplantation drive took place on April 7th in Rohini Sector 15, Delhi
The second drive was held on July 17th in Soornavillage, Uttarakhand, on the auspicious occasion of Harela

Medical cum Dental Programs

Our organization is dedicated to improving the health and well- being of underserved communities, and we are proud to highlight our successful medical cum dental programs that were conducted in collaboration with Xcell Dental and Ashirwad Charitable Trust during the past year. These programs were aimed at providing essential healthcare services to those in need, and despite challenges, they were resounding successes, thanks to the unwavering support and participation of our team and partners.

CAMP AT NAVJYOTI INDIA FOUNDATION (16 DEC, 2022)

AADI A STEP TOWARDS HUMANITY NGO, in collaboration with XCELL DENTAL, successfully conducted a dental camp at NAVJYOTI INDIA FOUNDATION located in Karala, New Delhi. The event commenced with an informative dental health awareness session conducted by Dr. Sikander Chauhan, CEO/DIRECTOR, XCELL DENTAL. This session aimed to educate the attendees about the importance of oral hygiene, preventive dental care, and overall health awareness. It was an empowering and educational experience for the participants, enabling them to take better care of their dental health and well-being.

Kaha Suni Reading Club - Empowering Children, Transforming Lives

The Kaha Suni Reading Club, initiated by our organization on 15th May, is a major project aimed at bringing the joy of reading and learning to the children residing in the Haiderpur slums of Delhi. With the vision of harnessing leadership qualities and conducting skill development programs, this weekend school has become a beacon of hope for around 150 students who are eager to learn and grow. We are grateful for the unwavering support and guidance of our esteemed supporter Adv. Priya, from the Nishpaksh Foundation, who has been instrumental in making the Kaha Suni Club a meaningful and impactful initiative.

Sehat Sangam Healthcare Program

Sehat Sangam, our flagship healthcare program, aims to enhance the public health sector in India, particularly for the majority population. We are proud to have partnered with government of India recognised startup, M/s INVA HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, an organization involved in excellent medical services and instrumental in enhancing nine public healthcare centers (PHCs) in nine districts of Gujarat last year.

Through Sehat Sangam, we conducted two major donation drives to provide essential medical supplies to hospitals in need.
