The Kaha Suni Reading Club, initiated by our organization on  6 March, 2023 is a major project aimed at bringing the joy of reading and learning to the children residing in the Haiderpur slums of Delhi. With the vision of harnessing leadership qualities and conducting skill development programs, this weekend school has become a beacon of hope for around 150 students who are eager to learn and grow. We are grateful for the unwavering support and guidance of our esteemed supporter Adv. Priya, from the Nishpaksh Foundation, who has been instrumental in making the Kaha Suni Club a meaningful and impactful initiative.

Creating a Brighter Future:

At the Kaha Suni Reading Club, we believe that education is the key to unlocking the potential of these young minds. We strive to provide a nurturing environment where children can cultivate their love for books and reading, and develop important life skills. Our dedicated team of volunteers organizes regular story reading sessions, dance performances, games, and various other activities to make learning a fun and engaging experience for the children. Through these initiatives, we aim to foster creativity, innovation, and critical thinking skills among the students, preparing them to become responsible and empowered citizens of India.

Building a Community of Leaders:

The Kaha Suni Reading Club not only focuses on academic learning but also emphasizes leadership development. A Glorious Cultural Festival:

On 7th August, we organized a cultural festival with the students of the Kaha Suni Reading Club, and it was a moment of sheer joy and pride for all of us. The children showcased their talents through dance performances, speeches, and hand-made decorations that adorned the premises of Ravidas Mandir. We were honored to have Adv. Kapil Kumar Dagar Ji, the ex- treasurer of Rohini Court, as our chief guest, and his support and encouragement for the students were truly humbling. The festival not only highlighted the creativity and talent of the children but also served as a platform for them to express themselves and gain confidence. It was a celebration of their potential and a testament to the positive impact that the Kaha Suni Reading Club is making in their lives.
